Since we sold Cyrano's Farm Kitchen, you may have not seen Jamie, my wonderful, young wife of 30 years and counting!


I have taken the picture above, at our farm in LaPorte, Indiana. She looks so great, right? Enjoying a rack of lamb and drinking Bergerac, Chateau Haut Sarthes, 2014. She is one of my best customers and for Father's day, she is ordering from me, again.


And that duo of Beef Bourguignon and Filet Mignon in a Wellington style would be another "good food makes people happy" killer on your table. 


The rack of lamb is crusted with edible dried roses petals, brioche crumbs (that will be on my new summer menu at Marchesa, starting June 16, with a provencal ratatouille, just yummy!)


People always ask me, what dish do you prefer best? Well, they are all my kids, I love them all, equally! 

I will keep the oven on for you all..
