If you are a foodie and you love to travel, then there is nothing quite like an exciting culinary trip led by a chef who has devoted his entire career to cooking and making people happy by providing them with delicious meals.

Three years ago, Chef Didier Durand began to plan culinary trips for about 20 people, to the Southwest of France, showing people intimate places in and around his birthland that no other tour guide offers. 

What began as an annual excursion, has now grown into the planning of two trips for 2023 because of the demand. In 2023, there will be one trip in March and another in April because of the high demand.

Dear Food & Wine Lovers,


This year is even more exciting than last year as I have planned two trips for taking you to the Southwest of France. 


This will be my fourth year of taking American guests to an area unknown to most of you, a place where I was born, raised, and inherited a way of cooking that defines my style, as you know me.


I realize everyone might be passionate about France for different reasons, thus for 2023, I will emphasize the March Tour to foods, and delicacies like a 14- course lunch of goose-only dishes, while the late April tour will be more about wineries, and wines, to cover many appellations, of course, the Bordeaux region but the southwest where many wines abound.  There will also be a gourmet luncheon and wine tasting at Chateau Giscours in Margaux.


Tour de Cuisine: Friday, March 3rd to Sunday, March 12, 2023

Tour de Wineries: Friday, April 28th to Sunday, May 7th, 2023


The cost is $3595 per person for 10 days and is all-inclusive of your lodging, all activities, breakfast, lunch, and most dinners. Airfare is not included. To receive a 5% discount (With a discount it is $3415 per person) you must book by November 1st, 2022.
